Bank of Ireland is temporarily closing 101 of its branches across the country from tomorrow, due to coronavirus.
It's due to a significant reduction in footfall over the past ten days.
However, Bank of Ireland says 161 bank branches will remain open.
In Mayo, 6 branches will remain open - in Ballina, Belmullet, Castlebar, Claremorris, Swinford and Westport.
Normal opening hours will continue in these branches, but all other Bank of Ireland branches in the county will close from tomorrow - however ATM services will still be available at all branches.
Meanwhile, AIB says its branches remain open to customers - except for those located on college campuses.
