The Green Party's refusing to engage with Fianna Fail and Fine Gael on the formation of a new coalition government.

It's instead calling for the establishment of a national government to deal with coronavirus.

It comes as Fine Gael and Fianna Fáil begin detailed negotiations today, which could result in a historic coalition.
