The father of Trevor Deely says he doesn't let himself get drawn into speculation surrounding his son's disappearance.

Its 18 years today since the 22 year old went missing after a Christmas party in Ballsbridge in Dublin.

There has been no trace of his whereabouts since, despite renewed appeals, a large reward for information and a major new search earlier this year.

Trevor’s brother Mark is based in Castlebar.
