Projects from four secondary schools in Mayo will be on display this week at the 2018 BT Young Scientist & Technology Exhibition.
Students from St Mary’s Convent of Mercy in Ballina have two projects in the exhibition, with one project each from Sacred Heart school in Westport, Ballinrobe Community School and Sancta Maria College, Louisburg.
A total of 550 projects were selected from over 2,000 submitted.
This is the 54th year of the event, which will be officially opened tomorrow and continues until Saturday at the RDS in Dublin.
