The search is continuing in Sligo today for a man from Coney Island missing now for a week.
43 years old, Michael McGowan was last seen on Friday last, December 29th.
The search resumes at 12.30pm this afternoon from Harry's Bar in Rosses Point.
The search organisers are thanking the public for their support and are advising those taking part in the search to wear appropriate footwear and to wrap up well.
