Cannonbury, Islington, London and formerly of McHale Road, Castlebar - peacefully at St. Bartholomews Hospital, London.

Pre deceased by his parents George and Bridie, brother Eddie and sister Josie.

Deeply regretted by his brothers George, Christy and John, sisters Teresa, Christina and Philomena, nephews, nieces, brothers in law, sisters in law, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Rest In Peace Patrick.

Funeral will take place in Islington on Tuesday 4th February followed by cremation in Islington Crematorium.

Funeral will take place in Castlebar at a later date.
