Leo Monaghan,

Brodella, Shrule, Co. Mayo - peacefully, at the Mayo Hospice on Thursday, the 23rd of  January 2025 surrounded by his loving family. 

Predeceased by his parents Michael and Norah, his sister Ann Kirby, his parents-in-law James and  Eileen Ryan and sister-in-law Ann. 

Sadly missed by his heartbroken wife Peggy (Nee Ryan) and son Paul, brother Joe, sisters Marion (Hackett) and Frances (Ryan), brothers-in-law John, Eddie, Mick and Tommy, sisters-in-law Agnes, Ger and Pauline, nieces and nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.  

May Leo's Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.

Reposing at Cradock’s Funeral Home, Shrule on Saturday, the 25th of January from 5 o'clock until 7 o'clock, followed by removal to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Glencorrib. 

Requiem Mass in St. Joseph’s Church, Shrule on Sunday, the 26th of January at 1 o'clock with burial afterwards in Shrule cemetery.

Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to the Mayo Roscommon Hospice .
