Tommy Joe Keaveney  

Curragh, Castlecoote, Co Roscommon (January 6th, 2025) - suddenly at Portiuncula University Hospital.

Much loved husband of Detta (née Connolly) and dear father of Francis, Paul, Micheál, James, Sarah and Mark.

He will be very sadly missed by his loving family, sisters Mary, Sally, Catherine and Eileen, daughters-in-law Charin, Olive, Natalie, Monica and Aisling, Sarah’s partner Declan, grandchildren Nya, Emma, Kilian, D.J., Mary, Saoirse and Róisín, Declan’s son Stephen, Olive’s son Dylan, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbours and many good friends.

Tommy Joe is predeceased by his parents Thomas and Mary, brother Malachy and nephew Christopher.

May He rest in peace.

Reposing at Smyth’s Funeral Home, Roscommon on Thursday evening from 5 o’clock until 7 o’clock.

Removal from his home on Friday morning at 10.40 o’clock arriving to the Church of the Assumption, Castlecoote for Mass of the Resurrection at 11 o’clock.

Burial afterwards in Fuerty Cemetery.

Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Croí.
