Fearna Nursing Home, Castlerea, Co. Roscommon and formerly of New Street, Ballinrobe, Co. Mayo - on 28th December 2024.

Predeceased by her parents Michael and Nancy, brother Mícheál, sisters Philomena and Attracta.

Beloved younger sister of her brothers John Desmond (London) and Donal (Ardee), sisters-in-law Chris and Olive, nephews, nieces, Community in Fearna Nursing Home, relatives and friends.

Rest In Peace.

Funeral Mass on Monday, 30th December in St. Mary’s Church, Ballinrobe at 11.30am with burial afterwards in New Cemetery, Ballinrobe.

Iris , I have fond memories of days playing on New Street when we all played picki & hopscotch together. Days we went over Cronaroya to the woods picking Hazel nuts and when we we heart the Angeos bells ringing we knew that it was time to go home, no need for watches Iris. Beautiful memories of summer days and playing in New Street .God bless Iris, a lovely friend & lovely memories.
