Bernard Long (better known as Bernie),
 
Ferran Terrace, Ballina, Co. Mayo and formerly of Drimnagh, Dublin - peacefully, at Mayo University Hospital on 7th December 2024.
 
Predeceased by his parents Matthew and Josephine.
 
Bernard (Bernie), beloved husband of Jody and loving father of Bernard, Jonathan, Stephen and Charlene. Sadly, missed by his wife, sons, daughter, sister Noelean Quirke (Dublin), brother Ken (Dublin), daughters-in-law Gráinne and Emer, son-in-law Barry, grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
 
REST IN PEACE
 
Reposing at McGowan’s Funeral Home, Ballina (F26 V274) on Monday evening from 6pm with removal at 7:45pm to St. Patrick's Church, Ballina - arriving at 8.15pm.
 
Requiem Mass on Tuesday morning at 11:30am followed by burial in Leigue cemetery, Ballina.
 
Bernard’s Funeral Mass will be live streamed on www.ballinaparish.org,
