Maura Gannon,

Thornhill, Murrisk, Westport, Co. Mayo - retired N.T. Cogaula National School (November 18th, 2024) - peacefully in the wonderful care of the Nurses and Staff of MacBride Community Nursing Unit, Westport.

Loving daughter of the late Austin and Catherine (née Kelly).

Sadly missed and remembered with love by her loving cousins, loyal network of friends, kind neighbours, former pupils and colleagues, extended Gannon & Kelly families and friends.

May Her Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.

Maura will rest in repose at Sweeney's Funeral Home, Louisburgh on Thursday, November 21st from 5:30pm, concluding at 7:00pm with Vigil Prayers and removal to St. Patrick's Church, Lecanvey.

Mass of the Resurrection on Friday at 11:30am, followed by interment in Murrisk Abbey Cemetery.

Family flowers only. Donations in lieu if desired to Mac Bride Community Nursing Unit Patient Comfort fund c/o Sweeney Funeral Directors, Louisburgh.
