Died 27th October, 2024 - peacefully surrounded by his loving family at his home.
Predeceased by his parents Celia and James, sisters Nelly and Rachel and brother Michael.
Loving husband of Sarah and dear father of Johnny, Carmel Kane, Tommy, James, Eileen Feeney and Sarah Hynes.
He will be sadly missed by his beloved wife, sons, daughters, daughters-in-law Veronica and Geraldine, sons-in-law John, Jack and Gerry, grandchildren Tara, Monica, Kayleigh and James, Johnny Michael, Ryleigh and Ashleigh, brother Noel, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at his son’s residence, beside his own residence (F91 DD2E) on Wednesday from 4:00pm until 8:00pm.
Funeral will arrive to St. Anne’s Church, Sligo on Thursday morning at 11:00am for Requiem Mass.
Funeral will arrive to The Church of The Sacred Heart, Fairymount, Co. Roscommon at 2:00pm for friends and neighbours to sympathize with John’s family.
Funeral will then proceed to Fairymount Old Cemetery for burial.
