Phillip Mead (Snr),
 
Coombe Cottage, Carrowkelly, Ballina, Co. Mayo and formerly of Bristol, England - peacefully, at Mayo University Hospital, Castlebar surrounded by his loving family.
 
Predeceased by his parents Iris and Jack and his brother Martyn.
 
Phillip, beloved husband of Mary and loving father of David, Stephanie & Phillip (Jnr). 
 
Sadly, missed by his wife, daughter, sons, grandchildren Francesca, Katelyn, Eoin, Evan, Andrew, Fiadh and Cillian, daughters-in-law Michele & Laureen, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends.
 
Funeral will arrive to St. Patrick’s Church, Ballina on Tuesday for Requiem Mass at 12 noon.
 
Cremation will take place on Wednesday at 1pm in Shannon Crematorium.
 
Phillip’s Funeral Mass will be live streamed on www.ballinaparish.org.
