James Rafter,

Ardvalley, Ballina, Co. Mayo - peacefully, at home surrounded by his loving family.  

Predeceased by his wife Nellie, his brothers and sisters.

James, beloved father of Mary, Christina and Gerard. He will be sadly missed by his daughters, daughter-in-law Mary, son, sons-in-law Joe and Tommy, grandchildren Colin, Ciara, Seán, Niamh, Patrick, James, Claire, Paul, Marie, Jane, James, Maeve & Neil, relatives and friends.

May he Rest in Peace.

Reposing at McGowan’s Funeral Home, Ballina (Eircode F26 V274) on Monday evening, 16th of September from 5:30pm with removal at 7:00pm to arrive at St. Joseph’s Church, Castleconnor for 7:30pm.

Requiem Mass on Tuesday morning at 11:00am with funeral proceeding to Killanley cemetery for burial.
