Veronica (Phil) Hynes (née Hyland), 

Davros, Hollymount, Co. Mayo and formerly of Killernan, Kilmaine - peacefully, at Hollymount Nursing Home, surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her husband Patrick, her parents Martin and Sarah, siblings and sons-in-law Martin and Henry. 

Sadly missed by her daughters Marian Treacy (Miltown), Sarah Quinn (Cloonfad), Ann Connolly (Claremorris), son John (Birmingham), son-in-law Alan, Padraig, daughter-in-law Carol, sister Martina, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives and friends. 

May she rest in peace.

Reposing at St. Colman’s Funeral Home, Lower James Street, Claremorris (F12 R3W8) on Tuesday evening, September 3rd from 5 o'clock with removal at 7 o'clock to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Roundfort (F12 YV70).

Requiem Mass on Wednesday at 12 noon followed by burial afterwards in Roundfort cemetery.

We have many happy memories of visiting our Auntie Phil (Veronica) in Davros lots of times over many years. As she always greeted us with a smile, fresh tea & great hospitality every time we visited her from England. Also, my late mother, Margaret Walsh (nee Hyland), was always very fond of Phil as well. As they were very close up until my own mother's death in June 2019. So, we pass on our deepest sympathy and love to the Family of Phil (Veronica) at this sad time. But she leaves behind a great legacy and many fantastic & happy memories of love & laughter, which will live forever! RIP. With much love from Peter & Marie Walsh our Children & Family.
