Cloonloo, Boyle, Co. Sligo - peacefully, in the excellent care of the staff of Sligo University Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.
Dearly beloved and devoted husband of Margaret, loving father to Mike, Brendan, Paula, Shane and Ciara (supported by respective partners Aoife, Radka, Anthony, Tissi and Evan) and proud grandfather to Shauna and Chloe.
He will be very sadly missed and fondly remembered by his family, relatives, kind neighbours and wide circle of friends.
May John’s gentle soul rest in eternal peace.
Reposing at Mahon’s Funeral Home, Boyle (F52 ND23) on Thursday evening (5th September) from 6pm to 7.30pm.
Funeral Mass at 12 noon (6th September) in St. Joseph’s Church, Cloonloo, (F52 AT18), followed by burial in Templeronan Cemetery.
House private please. Donations, if desired, to the Irish Kidney Association in lieu of flowers.
