Predeceased by her parents Jim & Delia Gavin (Castlebar).

Anne will be sadly missed by her loving husband Frank, sons Patrick & Stephen, daughters-in-law Hope & Anya, grand-daughter Delilah, brothers Michael, Eugene, Paul, Gerard & Henry, sisters Mary Sullivan & Gemma Borotto, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, Aunt Madeleine, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours & friends.

MAY HER GENTLE SOUL REST IN PEACE

Reposing at her residence 'The Lodge', Carrowholly (F28 NT95) on Monday, August 26th all day from 10:00am until 9:00pm.

Requiem Mass on Tuesday, August 27th at 11:00am in St. Mary’s Church, Westport with the funeral proceeding to Myna Cemetery.

Sincere sympathies on Anne’s untimely passing. I was in Buckfield with my Mongey cousins for the first time in years and years only two weeks ago - and remembering a whole other world there as a child coming up from Rosmindle. I also said to someone I would love to see Anne Gavin and her sister Gemma. I haven’t seen either of them in years. The Gavin’s were so much a major part of Castlebar world for years and I am sure still are: Gemma (my co-“Duck Pond” lifeguard and so much fun), Paul (on every street, always), Frank Fitzgerald and family, I am so sorry to hear this news. Great memories - long time ago but always lovely.

I am sure Delia will have a resting place for Anne.
