Mary (Mae) Coyne  nee Gavin

Bundorragha, Leenane, Co. Galway and Chruch Hill, Clifden formerly of Glenamurra - August 6th 2024 - in her 96th year - peacefully at the home of her daughter Bernadette Wallace, surrounded  by her loving family. 

Predeceased  by her husband John,  parents Edmund and Annie Gavin her son-in-law  Brendan Wallace, her brothers Peter and Paddy, sister Teresa, sisters-in-law Mary and Anne, brother-in-law Frank Crostic, Sadly missed and deeply mourned  by her daughters Mary Hamilton ( BlackRock), Annie Coyne (Castlebar),​​​​​​​ Bridie O'Malley (Feenone Louisburgh), Bernadette Wallace (Church Hill, Clifden), sons-in-law Gerry and Tommy, and Annie's partner Chris Duffy, grandchildren Paul, Isabella, Peter, Jarlath and Mary, granddaughter-in-law Angela. grandson-in-law Jerome and Peter's partner Laura, great grandchildren Brooklyn, Kyle, ,Dannielle, Ethan, Brianna, Ciara-Mae and Finn, her brothers Johnny and Francie, sisters-in-law Madge and Lucy.(USA), nieces,  nephews ,cousins,  extended family, .neighbours and wide circle of friends. 

May her gentle soul rest in peace.

Mae will rest in repose at Leenane Community Centre (H91 P0EK) on Thursday evening  (Aug 8th) from 5 o’clock with removal at 7 o’clock to St. Michael's Church, Leenane (H91 TH79). Mass of Christian Burial on Friday at 11.30, followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery.
