81 Lord Edward St & the Riverview Nursing Home, Ballina, Co. Mayo - suddenly at Mayo University Hospital.

Predeceased by his mother Ann.

Thomas, beloved son of Thomas & loving brother of Deirdre, Gerard, Jason, Natasha, Leslie & Terri.

Sadly, missed by his father, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, godson Cameron, relatives and friends.

REST IN PEACE

Reposing at his residence, 81 Lord Edward Street, Ballina on Friday from 5pm until 7pm.

Funeral Cortege will leave his residence on Saturday morning at 10am to Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan arriving for 1pm committal service.

House Private please outside reposing times.
