John Connor

Shanbally, Williamstown, Co. Galway - died 10th July 2024 - peacefully at his residence surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Margaret, brother Paddy and sisters Mary and Bernadette.

John will be dearly missed by his loving wife Bridie, cherished daughter Caroline, adoring granddaughters Eve and Emily, son-in-law Paraic Donlon, sisters Noreen Mee (Glenamaddy), Ita Danehy (Boston), Ann Donavan (Boston), Eileen Gildea (Ballyhaunis) and Kathleen Darcy (Oughterard); brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, extended family, neighbours and friends.

May John’s gentle soul Rest in Peace.

Reposing at Feeney's Funeral Home, Williamstown (F45RC53) on Saturday, July 13th from 5.00 p.m. until 7.00 p.m.

Funeral Mass on Sunday, July 14th at 1.00 p.m. in St. Therese’s Church, Williamstown with the funeral proceeding to Carraroe Cemetery. 

Due to the exceptional care which John received, donations if desired to the Galway Hospice or the Roscommon Hospice, thank you.

House Private and Family Flowers only please.

Funeral Mass on Sunday will be broadcast on Church radio 106.5FM.
