John Slattery, 

Southend on Sea, Essex, London and formerly of Dunmacreena, Irishtown, Claremorris, Co Mayo - following a brief illness at Southend University Hospital on July 2nd 2024.

Predeceased by his loving wife June, sister Nora, brothers Pat and Tom.

Sadly missed by his brothers Gabriel (Dunmacreena) and Christy (Kilmessan, Co Meath).

Remembered with love by his adored nieces and nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends. 

May he Rest in Peace 

Reposing at Carey's Funeral Home, Ballindine (F12A3C6) on Friday evening, July 12th from 6.30pm with removal at 8pm to the Church of the Holy Family, Irishtown. 

Funeral Mass on Saturday, July 13th at 12 noon.

Burial afterwards in Irishtown Cemetery. 

Funeral Mass will be live streamed on Kilvine parish Facebook page.
