The sudden death of John Barrett Ashleam, Achill and Paisley, Scotland has taken place in his 88th year peacefully at his home on the 1st July 2024.

Predeceased by his loving wife Trixie.
Greatly missed by his sons Craig and Jason their partners and grandchildren Holly, Sophie, Sam, Hazel and Rory. His sisters many nieces and nephews, cousins, friends and neighbours.
May his gentle soul Rest In Peace.


Funeral Mass in Scotland on Saturday 20th July at 10am in St Mirin’s Cathedral, Paisley, PA1 1HR.
Reposing at Lavelle's Funeral Home, Cashel, Achill (F28 Y0H9) on Monday 22nd July from 6pm until 8pm with removal to Church of Sacred Heart, Derreens (F28 XH95).
Funeral Mass on Tuesday 23rd July at 12 noon followed by burial in Glencoe Cemetery.
