Martin Edward Doherty,

Sydney, Australia and fomerly of Glann, Charlestown, Co. Mayo

(23 April 1950 – 18th June 2024)

Passed away peacefully in hospital surrounded by his loving and caring family.

Predeceased by his brother Michael Anthony and parents Michael and Bridget Doherty.

Martin will be sadly missed by his loving wife Patricia, children Veronica, John, Trish, Kieran and Eamonn, sisters Anne and Mary, son-in-law Ciaran and daughters-in-law Katie and Siobhan, grandchildren Sean, Emily, Ailish, Maggie, Eloise and Isla, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Mass will be held at St Francis Xavier Church, Ashbury, Sydney, Australia on Friday, June 28th at 12 noon AEST.

There will be a Mass to celebrate Martins life in St. Patrick’s Church, Gurteen, Co Sligo, F56 P528 on Saturday, 29th June at 11am.
