Evelyn Carolan (née McDonnell)

late of 14 St. Bridget Crescent, Castlebar and Tasmania, Australia (15th June 2024) -after a short illness in the care of the Royal Hobart Hospital, Australia.

Predeceased by her parents Johnny and Bridie and her sisters Mary and Catherine.

Evelyn will be dearly missed by her loving partner Erwin Winkler, her daughter Lorraine and her dad Pete Carolan.

Loved always by her two grandsons Teddy and Archie and Evelyn’s son-in-law Tom.

Evelyn’s family are heartbroken, her brothers Hughie (Castlebar), John (Tullamore) and Paul (Tipperary), her sisters Deirdre Conway (Castlebar), Ashling (Castlebar), Loretta Dunne (Donegal) aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

Evelyn will be missed by her large circle of friends, who all meant a lot to her.

Celebration of her life Ceremony will take place on Saturday (22nd June) at 11.30am in the Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar.

Sympathising will take place in the Church from 10.45am.

Cremation Service will take place in Tasmania at a later date.

Mass will be streamed live at http://www.churchtv.ie/castlebar or listened to in Castlebar on the Parish Radio Channel 105.3FM
