Paddy Rowland (Paddy of Lock),

Lackalustrane (Lock), Keenagh, Ballina, Co. Mayo - peacefully, at his home surrounded by his loving family after an illness, borne with dignity and courage, on 15th June.

Predeceased by his mother Katie, father Pete, sisters Bridie Barrett (2019), Mary Mullarkey (2016), brothers Anthony (1977), Seán (1994) and his daughter-in-law Laura (2021).

Beloved husband and best friend of Margaret (neé Fadden), and adored father of Paddy (Tullamore), Declan (London), Gabriel (Lock), Catriona (London), Caroline (Chicago), Jacqueline (Newtown, Kildare), Morgan (Barefield, Clare), Lorraine (Phibsboro), Demelza (Kent), Trevor (Barna, Galway) and Louise (London). Loved grandfather to Patrick, Meadhbh, Mel, Elisha, Aoife, Oisín, Aideen, Owen, Melissa, Ardán, Caoilinn, Olivia, Aoibheann, Hugo and Otis. He will be greatly missed by his daughters-in-law Anna Marie, Ann Marie, Renata and Eilís, sons-in-law Cathal, Brian and Chris, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours, friends and former colleagues at Bord na Móna.

May Paddy’s Soul Rest in Peace.

Paddy's remains will be reposing at his home in Lock (F26R688) on Monday and Tuesday, 4pm to 8pm both days.

Removal from his home on Wednesday, 19th June at 11:30am to the Church of the Holy Souls, Keenagh (F26FR83) - arriving for funeral Mass at 12 noon. Burial will take place afterwards in Kilmurry cemetery. (F26FV08)
