Patrick Sweeney, (better known as Patsy),

Aquila House, Sraheens, Achill, Co. Mayo - peacefully, at Mayo University Hospital, surrounded by his loving family on Thursday 6th June 2024.

Predeceased by his daughter-in-law Catherine, sister Mary, brothers Cyril and Martin.

Patsy will be sadly missed by his loving wife Kathleen (Kay), his sons Aidan and Fergal, his daughter-in-law Roxann, cherished grandchildren Sean, Aidan and Kate, his brothers Michael, John and David, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends.

May His Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.

Patsy will be waked at his home (F28 YP83) this Saturday evening from 6pm until 10pm.

Reposing in Lavelle’s Funeral Home, Cashel, Achill on Sunday evening from 4pm until 6pm.

Removal from his residence Monday morning at 11.30 to the Church of Mary Immaculate, Achill Sound for Funeral Mass at 12 noon.

Burial afterwards in Glencoe Cemetery.
