Bohernasup, Ballina, Co. Mayo and Market Square, Ballina - after a short illness at Mayo University Hospital surrounded by his family.

John predeceased by his parents Paddy and Kitty Walkin and his brother Tony.

Beloved husband of Colette and dear father to Cleona and John-Bosco.

He will be sadly missed by his wife, daughter, son, adored grandchildren Kate and Alex, son-in-law Matthew, sister Maura Gannon, brothers PJ, Gerry, Eamon, Séamus and Vincent, nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, and his wide circle of friends.

May he Rest in Peace.

Reposing at McGowan’s Funeral Home, Ballina (F26 V274) on Thursday evening, 6th June from 5:30pm until 7:30pm.

Funeral will arrive to St Muredach’s Cathedral, Ballina, on Friday morning, 7th June for John's Requiem Mass at 11 o'clock in St Muredach’s Cathedral, 

John’s funeral Mass will be live streamed on www.ballinaparish.org
