Margaret Porter née Lavin,

Creggs Road, The Quays, Ballina, Co. Mayo and formerly of Porters Shop, O’Connell Street, Ballymote, Co. Sligo – peacefully at her daughter’s residence.

Predeceased by her husband Jimmy and son Michael.

Sadly missed by her daughter Marian Moran, son-in-law Mattie, daughter-in-law Maggie, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Perry’s Funeral Home, Ballymote (F56 VH92) on Friday evening from 5.30 until 7 o’clock with removal to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Ballymote (F56 XA59) arriving at 8 o’clock.

Requiem Mass on Saturday  at 2 o’clock.

Burial afterwards in St. Columba’s Cemetery.

Margaret’s Mass will be streamed on ballymoteparish.org

Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if desired, to the Ballymote Community Nursing Unit, c/o Des Rogers & Sons Funeral Directors.
