Mary Mc Lynskey
St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada and formerly of Parke, Castlebar - peacefully aged 90 years, surrounded by her close friends.

 Predeceased by her parents John and Mary Ellen, brothers Tom and Padraic, sister-in-law Mary and brother-in-law Michael.

Sadly missed by her sisters, Eileen Hughes (England) and Julia Mc Andrew (Castlebar), brother -in-law Michael, nephews Raymond, Andrew and Paul, nieces Regina, Sharleen, Deborah, Jacqueline, Angela and Nicola, grandnieces and grandnephews, relatives and friends.

May she rest in peace.

Remembrance Mass in Church of the Holy Family, Parke on Saturday, April 6th at 2 o’clock  followed by burial of ashes in Parke Cemetery.

On behalf of my mother Ida, let me express our condolences for losing Mary. They were great friends since the 50's at the Hotel Dieu hospital and at church. She gave mum the greatest support and friendship over the years in good times and bad. God will certainly welcome her with open arms. Bless all of you.

My deepest condolences to Mary's family. Mary was an adopted beloved member of my husband's family and myself. She lived across the street from my parents-in-law in St. Catharines; she was always cheerful and willing to help with any health advice we needed. She looked after my mother-in-law in her last days, and continued to call my father-in-law every day afterwards to check up on him. My daughter and I visited her just a few weeks before she passed and she looked beautiful, as I will always remember her. I miss her, and her cheerfulness, and her Irish lilt in her voice, and her very caring manner. May she rest in peace.
