John McGinty

Aughleam, Blacksod, Belmullet, Co. Mayo - peacefully at his residence surrounded by his loving family on 28th March 2024.

Predeceased by his parents Margaret and Owen.

Beloved husband of Nuala (née Walsh), dear father of Michael, Sean, Brendan, Eoin and Brian and adored grandfather to Aidan, Kiera, Emma, Molly, Hannah, Dylan and Olivia.

He will be sadly missed by his heartbroken family, daughters in law Elizabeth, Jamie, Christina and Salena, sisters Bridget, Margaret, Mary and Frances, extended family, neighbours and many friends.

May His Kind and Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.

Remains reposing at his residence (Eircode – F26 VOD1) on Sunday afternoon from 3 o’clock until 8 o’clock.  Funeral will arrive at the Church of Our Lady of Lourdes, Aughleam on Monday afternoon for Funeral Mass at 1 o’clock followed by burial in Faulmore Cemetery.

House will remain private to family on Monday morning.

Live streaming of the Funeral Mass is available for viewing on McDonnell Funeral Directors Facebook page on Monday afternoon at 1 o’clock.
