Cordarragh, Kiltimagh - peacefully at the Mayo Hospice, Castlebar.

Predeceased by his parents Dr. Jimmy and Áine.

Michael will be sadly missed by his loving wife and best friend Stella, sons Michael, Sean (Carlow), Aiden and Conor (Athlone), his adored grandchildren Maria, Anita, Caoimhe, Fionn, Eimear and Elena, daughters-in-law Caroline, Niamh and Refellia, Aiden’s partner Francesca, his brother Jimmy, sister Marian, sisters-in-law Collette, Margaret and Ina, brother-in-law Joe, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Michael will repose at O Hora’s Funeral Home, Kiltimagh, F12 Y1F7 on Sunday evening from 6 o’clock until 8 o’clock.

Removal from his home in Cordarragh on Monday morning at 11.45 arriving in the Church of the Holy Family, Kiltimagh for Funeral Mass at 12 o’clock followed by cremation in Shannon Crematorium with service at 4 o’clock.

Even though we knew for some time that Michaels life was slowly slipping away we were still shocked and heartbroken when news came through that he had peacefully passed away. Michael was a lovely gentleman who worked away tirelessly and without fuss for the greater good firstly of his family and then his beloved Kiltimagh. Michael is another great Kiltimagh man who has passed into the arms of the Lord he will be sadly missed by his family and also by his many friends.
