Predeceased by his mother Kathleen.

Deeply regretted by his heartbroken father Noel and by his siblings John, Noreen, Neil, Kathleen, Declan and Aiden, many relatives, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Mass for Val will be on Thursday at 11 o’clock in Ballintubber Abbey.

Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

House strictly private please.

We were so sad to hear of Val's passing . Val worked for us for a few years, you could not get a better guy to fix a Washing Machine or a fridge then Val or small appliances .. Val would make the tea or sweep the floor or go for the milk nothing was ever to much for him... He has been unwell for a while now but we all hoped he would get better but God wanted him. He would often speak about his Mother Kathleen R.I.P. who is gone before him, but now he is with her in Heaven ........ Now Val you can make the tea for your Mam and yourself ...
