Bairbe Uí Choisdealbha,

Baile na mBrabhach, Indreabhán, Co. na Gaillimhe - peacefully, at Galway Hospice, surrounded by her loving family on 19th January 2024.

Predeceased by her husband Mairtín, her parents Bairbre and Bearthla, her brothers Pat and Colm, her sister Máire and sister-in-law Kitty.

Sadly missed by her sister Bríd, her sons Sean (Béal an Mhuirthead), Colm and Barry, her daughters-in-law Margaret-Ann, Caitríona and Noirín as well as her granddaughters and grandsons, nieces and nephews, cousins, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Naughton's Funeral Home, An Cnoc, Inverin, Co. Galway between 5pm and 7pm on Monday, 22nd January.

Requiem Mass will take place on Tuesday, 23rd January at noon in Seipéal Naomh Ainnín (Eircode H91 K8K0). Burial afterwards in Knock cemetery.

Family flowers only with donations, if desired, to Galway Hospice.

Sincere sympathy to all the family on the passing of Bairbe. I may be mistaken, but I think she may have been my Bean an Tí When I Was in Coláiste Lurgan in the 70s. She bears a remarkable resemblance to that lady. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name. There were 3 small boys in that family at the time - 1977 if I'm correct. I have photographs of that time and have very fond memories of the lovely food and home baking. She was a lovely lady.
