Lena Meeneghan (née Duggan),

Muing Road, Belmullet, Co. Mayo - who died peacefully at the Mayo University Hospital, Castlebar surrounded by her family on 6th January 2024.

Predeceased by her husband Paddy, brother Patrick and Seán and sisters Evelyn and Maureen.

Beloved sister of Ann Murphy (Coventry) and dear aunt to A.J. Reilly (Corclough West, Belmullet) and John Reilly (Aughadoone, Belmullet) and grandaunt to her adored grandnephew Eli and his Mum Lie. She will be sadly missed by her heartbroken family, nephews, nieces, relatives, kind neighbours and friends.

May Her Kind and Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.

Remains reposing at McDonnell’s Funeral Home, Belmullet on Monday evening from 5 o’clock until 6.30pm with the funeral arriving at the Church of the Holy Family, Carne at 8 o'clock.

Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 12 noon followed by burial in Tarmoncarra cemetery.
