Stadthagen, Germany - peacefully on Christmas Eve, December 24th 2023 - in his 100th year.

Predeceased by his wife Breege (nee Collins, late of Davitt’s Terrace, Castlebar).

Deeply regretted by his nephews Thomas Collins (Castlebar), Frank Ward (Dublin), John Ward (Barcelona, Spain), nieces Mary McDonnell (Turlough, Castlebar), Leslie Collins Eastman (UK) Alison Collins (UK), brother-in-law Des Ward (Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath), grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives and friends and colleagues in the Bückeburger Jäger Big Band.

Funeral arriving to the Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar on Saturday at 1.15 pm for Requiem Mass at 1.30 pm followed by burial in Castlebar New Cemetery.
