Knockbrack, Ballyhaunis - peacefully at the Mayo Hospice 28/12/2023.

Pre-deceased by his parents Bill and Kathleen.

Deeply regretted by his loving wife Anne, sons Morgan and James and daughter Michelle, brothers Frank, Liam, Míchéal, John-Joe, Eugene and Noel, sister Mary T; sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, neighbours, friends and his GAA family.

Reposing at Donnellan's Funeral Home, Clare Street, Ballyhaunis on Sunday from 3 o’clock until 5 o’clock.

Funeral arriving at St. Patrick's Church, Ballyhaunis on Monday for Funeral Mass at 2 o’clock with burial afterwards in the local cemetery.

Funeral Mass can be viewed live on Ballyhaunis Parish webcam or listened to on parish radio.

Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Mayo Hospice c/o Donnellan Undertakers, Ballyhaunis.

The Roger Casements GAA club was deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Ballyhaunis Chairman Gerry Lyons. Gerry was a key part in our successful tour to Ballyhaunis at Easter this year. Gerry worked so hard to make us all welcome in line with all the tribute’s written about him and his beloved Ballyhaunis. Gerry was also in Coventry on many occasions and his brother Mike played with the Casements club
