Leta Ann Leydon (also known as Carmel)

Cara, Pearse Road, Sligo and Cuilmore, Gurteen, Co. Sligo on December 8th 2023, peacefully after a brief illness in the tender care of the staff in Cara, Sligo surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her parents Maragret and Patrick, her sisters Loretta, Philomena and Pauline, and her brothers Cyril, Eamon, Padraic and Michael.

Leta Ann will be very sadly missed and remembered with love by her sisters Gena, Beatie, Mary, Patricia, and Geraldine, brother John Joe, brothers-in-law Gerry, Charlie and Francis, nieces, nephews, neighbours and many friends.

May Leta Ann’s Gentle Soul Rest In Eternal Peace.

Leta Ann will repose at O’Dowd’s Funeral Home, Gurteen on Monday (December 11th) from 5pm until 7pm.

Removal on Tuesday to St. Patrick’s Church, Gurteen, for Mass of the Resurrection at 12 noon with burial afterwards in Carrentemple Cemetery.
