Mattie Forde

Parkmore, Beach Haven, Ballinasloe and Ballyhard, Glenamaddy, Co Galway - following a short illness.

May Mattie rest in peace.

Predeceased by his parents Robert and Eileen and his brother Peter.

Mattie will be sadly missed by his loving sister Vera Reilly, brothers Paddy and Tom, sisters in law Sadie and Bernie, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and the wonderful staff of Beach Haven, M H I D Services, Ballinasloe.

Mattie will be Reposing in Divilly's Funeral Home, Glenamaddy (F45 EF60) on Monday, 4th December from 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm followed by removal to St. Patrick's Church, Glenamaddy.

Funeral Mass on Tuesday, 5th December at 2pm followed by burial afterwards in the New Cemetery Glenamaddy.
