Patricia Marter née Divilly

Sutton, Surrey, London and formerly of Leitra, Glenamaddy, Co. Galway.

Predeceased by her husband Kenneth, sisters Helena (London) and Clair (Dublin). 

Patricia will be sadly missed by her brother Joe (Glenamaddy), sister-in-law Teresa, sisters Cathyleen (Craughwell), Rita (Castlerea), Anne (Trim), Colette  (Newmarket), nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, relatives and friends. 

Funeral Mass for Patricia in the Holy Cross RC Church, Carshalton on Friday morning, 8th December at 9.30am followed by cremation afterwards.

I’m so sorry to hear of Patricia’s passing. I first met Patricia in Ireland in 1972, when Fr. Elford, a friend, and I traveled through Ireland with Patricia. I also went back to visit in 1973. Patricia and Ken came to visit us some years later in the U.S. We have remained friends through cards and emails all these years. I will always treasure the friendship that we shared. I’m sure she and Fr. Elford are dancing the Irish jig in heaven now! Sending much love and prayers to the family. Mary Pat
