Maureen Gohery, Ballindrimley, Castlerea and formerly of Corderryhugh, Athleague, Co Roscommon, November 1st, 2023, peacefully, surrounded by her loving family in the tender and excellent care of the staff at Roscommon Hospice. Predeceased by her husband Bernie, parents George and Mary Kate, sisters Ita, Bridie and Mona, brothers Tom, Stephen and Paddy. Sadly missed and remembered with love by her sisters Betty Dolan (Longford), Kitty Hourigan (London), Anne Brehony (Knockcroghery) and Dympna Higgins (Castlerea), brothers Gerard (Corderryhugh), Austin (Ennis) and George (Home), sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and her many good friends.

Reposing at Hamrock's Funeral Home, Athleague (Eircode F42CC92) this Friday evening (November 03rd) from 6pm to 8pm. Removal from the residence of her brother George on Saturday (November 04th) to The Church Of The Assumption, Castlecoote arriving for Mass of the Resurrection at 1pm followed by burial in Athleague cemetery. Mass will be live streamed and can be viewed by CLICKING HERE.
