Sheila Monaghan née McIntyre,

Faulmore, Blacksod, Belmullet, Co. Mayo - suddenly and peacefully at the Mayo University Hospital, Castlebar on 3rd October 2023.

Predeceased by her husband Cyril, parents Michael and Catherine, sisters Annie and Kathleen and brother Paddy.

Sheila will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her heartbroken family, her son Cyril, daughters Mary (Castlebar), Katie (New York) and Sheila (Faulmore), sons-in-law P.J. and Patsy, adored grandchildren Tara, Shane and Martin and great grandchild Dylan.

She will be deeply missed by her sisters Bridie Keane (Faulmore), Mary O’Shea (Longmeadow, U.S.A.), Margaret Devaney (Long Island, New York), brothers Tony (Letterkenny, Co. Donegal), Davie McIntyre (Faulmore) and Francie McIntyre (Longmeadow, U.S.A.), sister-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Remains reposing at McDonnell’s Funeral Home, Belmullet on Friday evening from 5.30 until 7 o’clock.

Funeral will arrive at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Aughleam on Saturday for Funeral Mass at 1 o’clock followed by burial in Faulmore Cemetery.

Mass will be live streamed on McDonnell Funeral Directors facebook page at 1pm, all othe Funeral Services will be available from 8pm this (Saturday) evening

Donations in lieu if desired to be donated online to COPD Support Ireland and to Inis Aoibheann, Galway via the Cancer Care West website.
