Assumpta (Mary, Assumpta) Ward née Finnegan,

Ballymoe, County Galway - died 2nd October 2023 - peacefully at The Galway Clinic in the loving care of her family.

Predeceased by her husband Martin, parents Michael and Winnie, sister Maura and brother MJ.

Deeply regretted by her children Derek (Oranmore), Brendan (Ballymoe) and Marie (McGarry, Castlerea), daughter-in-law Fiona, son-in-law Paul, grandchildren Senan and Saoirse, sisters Kathleen (Castlerea) and Ann (Leixlip), sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and many friends.

May Assumpta's Gentle Soul Rest in Peace

Reposing at Flanagans Funeral Home, Ballymoe (Eircode F45 DN79) on Wednesday evening, 4th October 2023 from 4pm until 7pm.

Removal from her residence on Thursday morning, 5th October 2023 arriving at St. Croan's Church, Ballymoe at 11.50am for Funeral Mass at 12 noon.

Burial afterwards in Kilcroan Cemetery.
