Mary Martenia Dunn née Hyland,

formerly of Treenaglaragh, Kiltimagh - sadly passed away peacefully in her Nursing Home in Nottingham, England, surrounded by her daughter and grandchildren on Friday 1st September.

She left Ireland in 1947, trained as a Nurse/Midwife and had worked on the community in Nottingham for 30 years.

She is predeceased by her husband of 51 years, George Dunn; her brother Joe, Paddy (know to her as Frank) and James (formerly of Cordarragh Kiltimagh); her sisters Agnes, Ann and Margaret. 

Mary will be sadly missed by her only surviving sibling Bill; her daughter and son-in-law Maura and Stephen and her three grandchildren Mia Joey and Mairéad, countless nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Forever loved, forever missed. 

Mary’s Funeral Mass is on Monday, October 2nd at 11.00am in the Church of the Sacred Heart, Carlton Hill, Carlton, Nottingham followed by burial afterwards in Carlton Cemetery, Cavendish Road, Nottingham.
