Mary Cunningham McAnany,

Manhattan, New York City, United States and formerly of Kilfian, Ballina, Co. Mayo.

Mary passed away peacefully in the arms of her beloved husband Dennis at their home in Manhattan on the 10th September 2023. 

Predeceased by her loving parents Josie and Nellie and her brothers Paddy Joe and Willie. 

Mary, devoted wife to Dennis and loving aunt to Sharon, Michelle, and Dr. Lisa Cunningham.

Following a beautiful reposing at Campbell’s Funeral Home, New York where many of Mary’s lifelong friends paid their respects, Mary has been repatriated and will repose in McGowan’s Funeral Home Ballina, on Monday evening 18th September from 5 o’clock until 6.30 with removal to St. Muredach’s Cathedral - arriving for 7 o’clock.

Mass of the Resurrection in St. Muredach’s Cathedral on Tuesday morning at 11.30 with burial afterwards in Mary’s beloved Kilfian cemetery.
