Mary Neary nee Crossan,

formerly of Glengad, County Donegal and Heaton Moor, Stockport, Cheshire - peacefully in St. Ann’s Hospice, Heald Green, Stockport on 7th September 2023, whilst fortified by the Rites of Holy Mother Church surrounded by her loving family, aged 82 years.

Rest In Peace.

The dearly loved wife of Jim and adored mum of Seamus, Geraldine, Denise, Steven and Caron.

Also a treasured nana, great-nana, sister, aunty and mother-in-law.

She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.

Requiem Mass to take place at St. Winifred’s  R.C. Church, Mauldeth Road, 

Heaton Mersey, Stockport, Cheshire SK4 3NB on Friday, 22nd September at 12.00 p.m. followed by burial at Southern Cemetery.

Family flowers only please but donations if desired may be sent to St. Ann’s Hospice, Heald Green.

We would like to thank you all for your heartfelt messages, prayers, love and support throughout our lovely mums illness .. we were overwhelmed with the support on Friday for mum’s funeral mass, which please God, will give us great comfort in the coming months..thank you to all the medical team assisting mum and for Eamonn and Geraldine Kennedy’s funeral service with such grace and warmth to make mum’s farewell a beautiful memory..God Bless you all xxx
