Oliver Mitchell, 

Ros na Sí, Castlelawn, Headford Road, Galway; Marian Crescent, Ballina and formerly of Lurgan, Co. Armagh - on Wednesday, 6 September 2023.

Oliver died at his daughter's home in Galway.

Predeceased by his wife Mary and their son Oliver.

Deeply loved and mourned by his daughter Rosemarie, son-in-law Tim Sweeney and grandchildren Róisín and Matthew. 

Sadly missed also by his nephews Ken and Seán (U.S.A.) and their mother Kathy Mitchell, the extended Mitchell and Cafferty family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at the O’Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue (H91V1K8) on Friday, 8 September from 5pm with removal at 6.00pm to Galway Cathedral. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Oliver on Saturday, 9 September at 12 noon and following Mass he will be laid to rest at Leigue cemetery, Ballina  arriving at 3.30 p.m. approximately.
