Cullane, Claremorris - peacefully but unexpectedly at his home.

Predeceased by his beloved son Jay.

Deeply missed by his wife Jeannie, daughter Pippa, son-in-law Mark, grandchildren Charlie, Poppy, Heidi and George, extended family, neighbours and friends. 

Rest in Peace. 

Reposing in Carey's Funeral Home, Ballindine (F12A3C6) on Thursday evening, September 7th from 6pm to 8pm. 

Removal on Friday morning, September 8th for Funeral Service at 11am in Shannon Crematorium (V14PV30) followed by Cremation.

We were shocked and saddened to hear of Lucien’s sudden passing. Our deepest sympathies to Jeannie, Pippa, Mark, and his grandchildren, Charlie, Poppy, Heidi and George. We worked with Lucien for many years and were lucky to maintain a close friendship with him. He was multitalented, very intelligent, a great artist, graphic designer, signwriter, carpenter and musician. He was unique, had his own mind on things and loved a good lively debate. He also loved playing indoor soccer in Barnacarroll and going to Status Quo concerts. We used to meet up with him for many coffee mornings over the years, to reminisce on happy times. When he discovered WhatsApp, he was in regular contact with us all. He had a great passion for music and used to send us music videos that he liked, funny stories and keep us up to date with family happenings. We were lucky to call him our friend and we will miss him dearly. May he rest in peace with his beloved Jay.
