Thomas (Tom) Costello,
 
Pollaphuca, Cloonfad, Ballyhaunis, Co. Roscommon - Peacefully, in the kind care of the staff in Mayo Hospice with family by his side on August 5th 2023.
 
Predeceased by his parents Jane and James, sisters Mary and Anne, and brothers Patrick, Seamus and John. Tom will be sadly missed by his adored wife Kathleen, sons James, David and Stephen, daughters-in-law Sonia, Liz and Noreen, beloved grandchildren India, Raif, Cicely, Evelyn and Isabella, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family, wonderful  neighbours and wide circle of friends.

May He Rest in Peace.

Reposing at the PJ Keane Funeral Home, Cloonfad on Tuesday evening (August 8th) from 6 o’clock until 8 o’clock.
 
Removal from his residence on Wednesday morning to arrive for Requiem Mass at 12 noon in St. Patrick’s Church, Cloonfad. Burial afterwards in Cloonfad Cemetery. 

House private, please.

Tom’s Funeral Mass will be streamed live on the PJ Keane Funeral Directors Facebook page.
