Bridget ( Bridie)  Sweeney of Laughtadurkan, Bohola , Swinford, Co. Mayo, formerly lived in Boston Massachusetts; died peacefully at Brookvale Manor Nursing Home, Ballyhaunis, on the 19th of July 2023.  Prior to this she resided at Saint Anne’s Nursing Home, Charlestown.  

Predeceased by her parents James and Mary, brother Pakie and sister Mary. Niece Ann and nephews Pat Sweeney and Jim McCarthy

She will be sadly missed and remembered by her sisters and brothers -in-law Winnie & Tim,  Kathleen and Jerry, Boston USA . Anne and Angela, Manchester, UK, her 18 nieces and nephews extended family and many friends.

Bridie  will repose in Boland's Funeral Home, Swinford (F12K122) this Thursday  evening, 27th July from 5 o'clock to 7 o'clock , with removal to St. Luke’s Church, Meelick (F12AY23) arriving at 7. 30 pm 

The requiem Mass will take place this Friday,  28th July at 12 o'clock in St. Luke’s Church, Meelick ,the committal will follow at Meelick Cemetery.
