Mullaun, Cloonacool, Tubbercurry, Co. Sligo - suddenly.

Predeceased by his father Martin.

Deeply mourned by his mother Kathleen, partner Rita, brothers P.J., Micheal and Seamus (Kildare), sisters-in-law Mary and Bernie, P.J.'s partner Cha, nieces Rebecca, Shaunagh, Aisling and Molly, nephews Liam, Connor and Sean, grandnieces, grandnephews, aunt Linda (Canada), cousin, relatives, extended family and friends. 

Rest in peace 

Thomas will be reposing in the Morahan Funeral Home, Tubbercurry  (F91 DV50) on this Friday evening from 5 o'clock until 8 o'clock. 

Funeral will leave the Morahan Funeral home Saturday morning at 11.20 (via Mullaun) to arrive at St. Michael's Church Cloonacool for Requiem Mass at 12 noon with burial afterwards in Cloonacool Cemetery. 

No Flowers by request. Donations if desired to The Irish Heart Foundation.
